When should I register for the TOEFL iBT® test?
We recommend registering at least 3-4 weeks before your desired test date to secure your preferred slot. Registration typically closes 7 days before the test date. Check available TOEFL test dates here.
What identification do I need on the test day?
You will need to bring a valid international passport that matches the name used during registration. Without this, you won’t be allowed to take the test.
How do I send my TOEFL scores to institutions?
You can send scores to up to four institutions for free by selecting them through your TOEFL account. You can modify your list of recipients until 10:00 p.m. the night before your test.
What happens if I miss my test date?
If you miss your scheduled test, you will need to re-register and pay the full registration fee again.
Can I reschedule or cancel my test?
Yes, but it must be done at least 4 full days before your test date. A rescheduling fee may apply.
